Last night I attended a RS cake decorating activity. The same problem always happens - my cake is too crumbly. Our teacher Elisa actually wants me to go over so she can see what I am doing wrong. Overall the class was really fun. I decorated two cakes and played with fondant icing. The bad thing is that I have had so much cake today - bad diet day.
Today I also received two big surprises. Leslie, my biggest client sent me two bouquets of flowers! We had that huge launch last week and it's been crazy ever since. What a sweet gesture. It makes me feel very appreciated.
