London @ 2 years old

Oh our sweet little London. Two years already. I am so excited this stage in life. You were a heavenly surprised and you continue to surprise us each day.

You love Sydney. You will work twice as hard to keep up with her and boy you do it! you are a dare devil and show no fear. You love to run and go in the slide. Being at school has been really good for you. You are kind to others but you also know that home is where you want to go. You are SO happy when we come pick you up. You run up to Sydney and give her a huge hug.

You are speaking! You can do 2-3 word sentences, although they are a little hard to understand. You are in the terrible two's and boy have you changed. You were such a quite and easy going baby. You are much more out spoke and much more aggressive than Sydney was, but then again you have always had to stand up for yourself. We see you on the time out stairs often - but you always just seem to happy. You love to sneak a peak when you should be sitting.

You are really level headed. For the most part I am amazed at how you can "brush it off" whether it be falling or having an argument with Sydney. You recover quickly. You love to talk to yourself and are pretty independent. You can count to 5 and love to sing. Last night we heard you singing "let it go" all by yourself. Its. So. Cute.

You love to read. You love your blankie and binkie. We took Sydney's binkie away at 2 but I have a feeling you will be a little tougher.

Your skin is getting better. The eczema is under control but just the last two days you seem to be getting big pimples in your inner thigh. You have to deal with a lot of skin issues - but you are trooper.

You love to be outside. You can now crawl up the slide and play ground by yourself. You love dogs and go crazy when you see any of them.

You give hugs - like wrap your whole body in our necks kind of hugs. This totally took us by surprise but it instantly melts us. You have this way to cuddle - you actually lay still and really melt into us. Its so wonderful. You look at us with those big brown yes, that little nose and if you are really feeling loving, you will share your blankie with us and tickle our noses. It's those little things that really stand you apart. Having you and Sydney so close - its easy to try and put you guys together in everything. But you are your own person. In so many ways, you are wiser for your age. You really do have  a calming presence for Sydney.

We love you little London. We could not  picture our lives without you. You make our little family totally complete and whole.
